Podcast on Arts ‘16

Presented by Reylon Yount, Harvard College 2016 and Founder of the Tangram Arts Collective, in partnership with the Office for the Arts at Harvard and the Harvard Alumni Association, I speak about my experiences in music education leading up to and during the pandemic. Together, with fellow artist Isaac Alter, Harvard College 2016, we explore access to the arts during the pandemic. Ranging from issues of institutional survival to equity in access to the arts and education, we explore the pandemic’s problems and visualize a better future together through music and the arts. I believe that the lessons we have learned from the pandemic demonstrate the importance of using the arts to build connection and learn more about each other.
